Recipe

So let’s cook. In the recipe for Black forest Steak, I’m making use of Chicken mince, but you could use lamb mince instead. The first step is to include Garlic. Then, I’ll include Onions. In addition, I’ll include Yellow Bell Pepper and Red Bell Pepper. Now I’m planning to include Pommery Mustard. A fresh cut of Rosemary. Rosemary as well as Mustard when combined give plenty flavour to meat. The next step is to include White Pepper. One is beaten Egg. The other is Salt. This time, I’m going combine my stuffing from black forests. Steak preparation involves different cuts of meat. I am using chicken mince. You can use any kind of mince; it’s all dependent on how you prepare it. To add the crunch and binding I’m planning to include Some Bread Crumbs. I’ll mix the stuffing again.

Now, we’ll make our steaks. The next step is to grease my mold to ensure that when I cook the steak, the chicken will not adhere into the mould. After I’ve greased the mold, I’ll pour the filling in the mould. I’ll fill it to the size of 1/4 of the mould since that’s the amount I need to make the steak. Then, I’ll take off my mould. Grab the spatula. Transfer the steak onto the plate. The steaks are ready. To give them a forest-like black feel, I’m planning to sprinkle some crushed pepper on the top. To ensure that my pepper steak is perfectly fixed, I’ll keep it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, let’s make your chili sauce with black pepper. I’m planning to add oil. In addition to oil, I’m planning include Garlic. Followed by Onion. Cook them in a nice saute for at minimum a couple of minutes. I’m about to add a Rosemary stick.

To pair it with Rosemary I’m planning to include Red Wine. After I’ve added Wine, I’m going let the wine decrease. Rosemary is a wine-friendly plant and is a great match with dry and medium wines. Examples include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir. When the wine begins to reduce initially, I’m going to add some crushed Pepper. It’s a good idea to mix it. Now, I’m planning to add 3 tablespoons. of Tomato Sauce. I’ll turn off the gasoline. End with a pinch of Salt. Mix it all up well. The sauce is done, and I’ll strain it. It’s time to take out the steaks to grill. I’ll warm up my pan. Let’s get grilling. In the beginning, I’ll add oil. In the next step, I’ll take one steak and set it on the table. In this moment, to cook the chicken, I will add a small amounts of wine.

Turn the pan slightly and place the wine over the chicken to let the wine’s flavor will is nicely mixed along with that of the meat. Wine not only enhances the flavor of the meat , but can also help keep it soft and moist. I’m cooking my Black Forest Steaks are prepared. This is the time to put the pepper sauce on top that I’ve made earlier. Finally, garnish with freshly chopped Parsley. This is it My Black forest Chicken Steak with Pepper Sauce is ready.
