Black Pepper Chicken – Preparation

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (seeds) in a pan.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper (seeds) to the pan.

Add 4 tablespoons of sesame oil (optional)

Take out all the poultry (or the fish) and place them on the top of the pan.

Cover (or keep a little above the the surface) and cook until chicken is tender and all of the liquid has evaporated.

Serves 3 Servings


  1. Cornstarch 5 Tbsp
  2. Egg whites – 2 Tbsp
  3. Cinnamon Seeds 2 Tbsp
  4. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  5. Honey (or soy sauce) – 2 tbsp.
  6. Lemon Juice (or White Vinegar) 2 tablespoons.
  7. Black Pepper – 1 tbsp
  8. Sesame Oil (or Honey (or Soy Sauce)) – 2 tbsp.


Combine the cornstarch mixture eggs whites, black pepper cinnamon along with salt. mix thoroughly.Incorporate cornstarch. 1 Tbsp (10g) oil and and spices. Also, salt. Mix well, and then add honey that has been heated with lemon juice (or White Vinegar) as well as salt kosher (optional) along with cumin seeds. Don’t forget chili powder.

Mix cornstarch, 1 tablespoon (10g) oil as well as spices lemon juice, Cacao powder, ginger sesame oil, pepper, and cumin seeds to the bowl of a mixer and mix. Pour the cornstarch-vegetable mix over the chicken (or the fish) and mix thoroughly. Cover the pot and let it boil until the chicken is tender and all the liquid has evaporated.
